From the Back Cover

"When Brazilian gem dealer Maximilian Furst stops making payments on his fifty million dollar business jet, "Hawker" Dunlop, reclusive owner of a high-end recovery company, sends a resourceful team to Rio to repossess the aircraft.
Dunlop's newest hire, ex-military pilot Amelia "Jet" Walczynski, has the perfect skills for infiltrating Furst's inner circle and flying away the targeted plane. The assignment appears straightforward until Jet discovers Furst is a sociopath and knows she is after his aircraft. Her promised support team, a Greek lawyer avenging his brother's death, a conman who sidelines as their scout, and a mechanic who paints her nails to match the country of operation, appear a hindrance rather than help. Jet finds it hard to play nice with her teammates when their private agendas put her life at risk. Yet, the closer she gets to Furst and the plane, the more she and her team will have to rely on each other to complete the repossession."

Not everything that happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Jet, female pilot and former military is bailing her mom, Red, out of yet another financial misstep--this time in Rio. Off to take back a Gulfstream V from a scary egomaniac into martial arts and intimidation, Jet finds herself an unexpected member of a team instead of her anticipated solo operation.
And what a team it is, from handsome Greek lawyer Demos to a quirky con-man hiding out from his past "pals" in the States, to a female mechanic with a few curves of her own, all run by a mysterious leader she only knows from phone conversations. This fast-paced book is sprinkled with humor and enough nerve-wracking moments to keep you turning the pages well into the night. It's clear the author knows her way around a flight deck, but doesn't bog the story down with too much technical talk. I can only hope this is the first of several books since the terrific characterizations make me want to spend a lot more time with this Repo team!

With its fast-paced plot and quirky characters, I couldn't put this book down. I enjoyed the exotic Rio setting, the action and danger the repossession team is thrown into, and the smart, gutsy heroine, Jet. I'm so looking forward to the next story, OUTFOXED, to see how Jet gets the team out of the latest perilous predicament. Make sure you check out the sequel sample at the end.

Repossessed has non-stop action from beginning to end. The aviation aspect is accurate and realistic, which as an aviator myself I can appreciate. As a reader, I love the world wide adventure and intrigue. I look forward to OUTFOXED, and hope there are many additions to follow.

Loved Jet, since I enjoy funny quirky leads. I know very little about aviation, however the book drew me in and absorbed me in the story. The boss she only knows by phone conversation was very mysterious and made me anticipate book 2, even more. I'm an avid reader and read a book a day, I can honestly say this one was unique and very awesome story.

Jet, the main character in Repossessed, is coming off a career in the military where she had trouble fitting in. More of an individual than a team player she's now working for a Repo company and is in Brazil to repossess a Gulfstream airplane. The story begins with a near shooting on the way from the airport and a dazzling hang glider ride. The research on flying and airplanes comes across as authentic and real. The quirky band of characters who are working with Jet to snatch the Gulfstream are well developed and fascinating. Roxy and her nail polish was my favorite. This is an excellent action adventure which will carry the reader from start to finish while Jet learns to play semi-nice as part of a team. It'll also leave the reader wanting another adventure.

Reading this book, you can't help but imagine the scenes like frames straight out of a high-action movie. Every page is stuffed so full of action, the plot takes off faster than a jet off the ground. This novel is a great read, and it makes me want to hop into the next first class seat to somewhere exotic. I hope you enjoy this novel as much as I did! I can't wait for the next one, especially with the cliff hanger we're left with at the end of the preview...

I can list a ton of reasons why I liked this book, starting with woman pilot. :D Second, woman mechanic. Whoo hoo. Though she has a very small role...well, not a small role--she's very necessary--just not a lot of her in the book until the end. It also takes place in Brazil, an exotic location.

Jet has to steal a plane...to repo it. Unfortunately, the plan is in the possession of a very bad man...a kingpin of sorts, only he deals with emeralds instead of drugs. I was surprised by that. But he's running out of money and has a cruel streak wider than the runway necessary for his private jet.

This is one of those books in where the less I say, the better. It's action packed, there's betrayal, mind games, guessing games, hidden runways, scaling castle walls, drugs, potential rape, broken arms, fake emeralds...

Parts of it had eyebrows going up. I was like, "really?" It did come off a preposterous at times, but it is a fiction and what's the point of reading if you don't have some fun, experience the improbable. I certainly won't be doing any aircraft repos.

It was a fun, action packed ride. It ended the story, but left me dying of enough curiosity that I'll no doubt pick up the next.

Though first it might seem much of Bond-like features, the book definitely stands out and has absolutely its own genre. Intriguing plot, fast-pace actions, well developed - weird, but so lovable characters, flawless narration, good quality language, new unexpected knowledge, unfinished mysterious end... What more would you wish for fun relaxation reading? The author is definitely very talented. A ready made script for a good serial. Even more what amazed me in this book, - it takes NO swearing to make an action book lovable and readable. A RARITY in this case! The best book for travelling!
