I can't give this a rating as this is the second set of this video I reecived to replace the first one, and it too is scratched. I checked before playing it and the first disc is scratched. It's the same issue I had with the first set for this show that I got last week. I want a refund.

    それから、主人公のエイリアンがなりすましている医師「ハリー・ヴァンダースピーグル」はオランダ系アメリカ人であることがシーズン2で判明し、予想が当たったことに安堵致しました。Van…で始まるスペルからそうではないかと思ってましたから。アメリカ国籍であってもファミリーネームで先祖の出身国を想像することが好きなもので。🧐🤗🫣🇳🇱🇺🇲

    私はWOWOWを観てないのでNHKに交渉中なのですが、何故放送されないのでしょうか？日本ではアメリカほど視聴率が取れないのか、セックスシーンや殺害シーンがまずいのか、近い将来放送して欲しいですねぇ。😅😀😉

    Wow, some corners have been seriously cut in the production of the discs but, if you can view them, the content is brilliant. Please note this is Region One and comes from America! My husband bought us Season Two of the awesome Resident Alien and we were so excited. The first three discs played perfectly and we were in stitches, then it came to Disc 4 and it would not play, we cleaned the disc a dozen times and it just kept coming up "No Disc" so we cleaned the Blu-ray/dvd player and "No Disc" was all we got. We put it in the other Blu-ray/dvd player and went through the whole rigmarole again…nothing just "No (bloody) Disc"! Eventually, he decided to send it back for a refund (& is that ever a palaver?!). I ordered another one (it might seem like an odd decision but it’s so good I reeeally wanted to see the rest of S4) but it came in good time (about 10days) and I put each disc in immediately and played a bit to check and they all seemed fine…!!! We then watched discs 1-3 with no problems but we decided to watch a different (movie) dvd between 3-4 and then put disc 4 in and when "No Disc" came up I nearly cried. So, I faffed about with the same results as previously until I decided to rewatch disc 3 and put disc 4 in straight after and it played perfectly!!!!!!!! Whuuuuuuut?!?!?!?! So, can I suggest if you have problems maybe try playing the discs one after the other without switching off the Blu-ray/dvd player in between (such as overnight)? It may not work and I’m sorry if that’s the case but it is worth a try! It is a wonderful series, with the best child actors I can remember in a comedy aimed at adults…though they’re not in the fourth disc nearly enough…*@#! fourth disc! It does get pretty dark but the final episode rounds it off very nicely and brings it back up…and even when it is dark it’s still funny af!!! Good luck!!!

    Le dvd est pas compatible avec notre système de lecture en Belgique. Erreur code donc impossibilité de lire le dvd, c'est bien dommage surtout qu'il est bien indiqué que des sous titres en français existe. très déçue, cela n'enlève rien a la série qui est génial!
