The knife is cool and adds to the feel of the game for me, but after a few hours of playing I have a tendency to rest both of the controllers low in my lap. This position put the knife blade right in front of the other controller and obstructed the communication with the wii sensor bar. This is the point where I tossed the knife aside. Looks awesome sitting in a drawer... not worth it in long term play.
The umbrella thumbcap is still in use. I love is. I just wish i haddnt spent $26 dollars on it. Its the only practical item in the package in my opinion.
If anyone has any feedback on why my B button does not work, I would apreciate it. I would like for something other than the thumbcap to work.
If you are planning on using this for Rail Shooters on the Wii, just get the Nerf gun, that thing is the best one I've ever used for Wii and we have 3 different Wii blasters. So, if you plan on using this for any real gaming look elsewhere, if you want something that just looks badass then this fits your bill.
The nunchuk knife part I must say is the best. It is just sad that u dont get to use it for what it is needed for slicing zombies. Resident Evil game makers please make a game where the knife can be used.. Lol
But overall I have to give the Magnum gun an(-A)
I have to say that I was pretty happy with the blaster on the first week. It was a little front heavy, but I liked how it handled, as it is the first wii blaster that felt like a real arcade gun. At first, the A button worked great (no awkward hold needed) and the trigger mechanism worked fine. You did get a little tired after twenty minutes, but I was fine with that. I am glad I did not write the review earlier, because what a difference two weeks made.
Two weeks later, the A trigger became a lot less responsive and the B trigger completely failed. I opened up the blaster to see what the problem was and I saw that the springs in the trigger broke. I was able to fix it, but I was really annoyed with the flimsy quality of all its internal mechanisms. A week after that, both triggers became much less responsive because the plastic continued to warp due to the continued use (actually light use). This was a big failure for me. Which is a real shame too- if they spent a dollar more on making the plastic pieces a little thicker, it would have been a good design.
I am fairly sure that all the reviews for this bundle would be negative if they were written three weeks after using it. Buyer be warned!
So solid video game, pass on the blaster...knife looks fairly cool.
1: it's cheapo plastic, not even durable, u can bend it with 1 finger
2: u put the wiimote in it and it becomes extremely heavy at the tip of the gun, not even playable imo
3: overpriced for such a lame product
4: much better out there
5: i totally wasted my money
You get the idea...

Looks pretty cool, works fairly well. The 2-trigger set up is a little awkward, it can lead to a lot of mistakes until you get used to it.Published 19 months ago by Elston22
Great condition however as far as practice use its way to heavy and the button trigger system isn't efficient. Great as decor though knife is fun to use!Published 20 months ago by Jack3
