I came away from reading this with a much better understanding of myself, how I operate and what I need to do to best support myself - how to take accountability for my own wellbeing at work. I loved the hints, tips and "coaching moments" - exercises which helped me to reflect and apply the learning to my personal situation. I know this book is one I'll keep referring to again and again.
