These are a great cost effective addition to any "gym less" home gym.
These bands are WAY better than typical rubber bands that roll, get all wet and sweaty and slide out of place.
I use these for so many different exercises. They stay IN PLACE so that I can focus on the exercise and not keeping the bands in place. These bands stay put on skin or clothes. The best part is that it is comfortable on your skin when you use them. Not sticky. Doesn't feel like it is ripping your skin.
I cannot testify to how washable they are. I plan on Woolite and air dry.
I cannot testify to long term use. Just a few weeks of daily use, so good so far.
