This story follows Brian as he goes from an abusive childhood to a bitter older man. We see what happens and the consequences of that action. Very well written
If you are looking for a quick, spooky read, this story is for you.

I received a complimentary ARC of Retribution from the author and with no obligation. I have read and reviewed it voluntarily of my own free will.
I did receive an ARC for my review.
This is a pretty decent short horror story; you get a feel for the main character, and there are several bits that evoke a visceral reaction. However, the story is too short to completely build up or pay off on the buildup it does manage. Still, it's a good sign when your only real complaint about a story is that it should be longer.
