Anders is the son of a diplomat who thinks his life is boring. that changes suddenly when a portal opens in his bedroom wall and he sees the most beautiful girl ever. little does he know that she will open up doorways to his heart and magical potential, among other things. i would recommend this book if you like swords, pixies, heroic quests (sounds cheesy, i know), and good old fashiond butt-kicking.
(P.S, my next review will be on the phoenix conspiracy)

If you have already read "Sword Bearer" and "Wind Rider" DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK. All it is books 1 and 2 in one book. RIPOFF.Published 14 months ago by Avid Reader
The story held me all the way to the end. The author tied all the story lines together very well. It left me wanting more. I hope there is another book coming soon.Published 16 months ago by T. Kay Pierce
I love these books. Lots of action and good plot. Is there a part 3? The one I thought was part 3 - Return of the Dragons (Omnibus) is just a combination of books 1 & 2. Read morePublished 18 months ago by Sandra Acker
Shame on me for not reading the description. Thinking this is the third book of the trilogy, I simply downloaded it! Dumb! It is only both books under a different title! Read morePublished 18 months ago by David F
I really liked the story and the characters were compelling. The problem was that it needed further development. It's about half or a third as long as it should be. Read morePublished 19 months ago by Robert Diaz
This book held my interest from start to finish. The people seem real, the monsters are gross. The description of the dragons was beautiful. Read morePublished 21 months ago by Amazon Customer
