These guys know how to rock. This is a great album in a long line of great albums. I would highly recommend anyone who likes hard rock/heavy metal check Nonpoint out. I had the pleasure of seeing them live earlier this year and got to meet them after the show. Not only are they amazing performers but very nice people. So, buy this album and support some great musicians and wonderful people.

Another home run from them touching subjects that we as a society can relate to. Their first single and video is a great start for this album drums, guitars and vocals all on point with killer bass lines through out.

This is a GREAT album! I'm still having a hard time picking a favorite song. I've been listening to it ever since I downloaded (well, yeah, I go to sleep at night) it. Great riffs and solos abound! My only two... I can't even call them complaints. Fan comment, maybe? I think the album should have ended with "F*CKED" and "Know Myself" tucked away in the middle of the album. Seems a little off to me in this order, but I'm just an armchair mixer. :) The other thing that nagged at me was, this album is SO good, how are they going to repeat it? Especially without Dave. That last one makes this album very bittersweet for me. \m/

Oh, good ol' reliable Nonpoint. Hard to believe these guys have been around for over 15 years now, like Sevendust, they are work horses. Release an album every 2 or so years and compliment it with insane amounts of touring, you can't help but respect these blue-collar bands for working as hard as they do to deliver what their fans expect from them. And they're getting older now, don't know how much longer they're going to keep this up but I'm enjoying it while it lasts, but anyways, on to the new album...

This is Nonpoint's 8th studio album and second with guitarists Dave Lizzio and Rasheed Thomas. Their self-titled album that they released in 2012 was a rejuvenating album for them and I credit that to Dave and Rasheed breathing new life into the band and helping Nonpoint find a bit of their old flare. Their self-titled was their strongest album since 2005's To The Pain and now The Return continues on that path and expands on it slightly. The Return is a bit heavier and grittier than their last, but is just as consistent.

"Pins And Needles": Great guitar riffing and energetic song to kick off the album. It also contains one of the albums few guitar solos from Dave and it's a good one. Solid tune, gives you a good taste of what's to come as the 1st track on an album should. 4/5

"Breaking Skin": The lead single that everybody has heard if you have XM Radio and listen to Octane. It's a song that gets right to the point and a song that ends too quick. Could have used a more solidified, stronger bridge, still a worthy lead single. 4.5/5

"Razors": I'd say this is probably the most unique song on the album. Contains the best and catchiest guitar riff on the album.

Didn't think nonpoint could too their self tilted album that came out in 2012 but I believe they have. Always keeping the nonpoint sound but always progressing further. On some songs the venture into metal territory and sort of flirting with hair metal ballads but not in a corny way. Great guitar playing, drumming, singing always and always staying relevant. Great solid metal, hard rock album. Hope these guys stay around for years to come.

Good album, no real disappointing tracks at all... Kind of unusual now-a-days, seems like when you buy a CD it has a couple good songs and the rest sound very forced or rushed, but this albums returns to Nonpoint's roots in a way, it is full of great tracks. You won't be disappointed.

I haven't listened to much by Nonpoint, but I know that eventually I will have obtained all of their albums. I really like this band and think this album, even though there is a lack of positivity, it is great.

What can I say Nonpoint is one of the best nu-metal groups out there. This album is solid from beginning to end, I highly recommend this album to anyone looking for a high energy album from one of the best bands out there!
