About the Author

Raised in New Orleans, Vicki Hinze began writing before Kindergarten but her journey to writing books included a lot of corporate pitstops. Tears, smiles, and intrigue

This is a great deal, folks. Three full books for the price. I have my favorite – Her Perfect Life – but that may just be my love of Veterans. This story brought me to tears many times and reminds me that we do far too little for our returning Vets. Really gut-wrenching story that gripped me and didn’t let go. I loved Katie and C.D. And the kids were perfect. In Mind Reader, again there is a deep story and so much for Caron and Parker to work thru, both on their own and together. Lots of twists and turns. Sometimes it was hard to follow but not enough to detract from the story for me. And Duplicity was full of intrigue and suspense. I loved Adam. Tracy was sometimes (to me) a bit of an airhead but she turned herself around for me. Really kicker ending. All in all, a great deal and a good read. I recommend.

This is an amazing collection of books. They are tense, well written, emotional rollercoasters. I cried all the way through Her Perfect Life. I never react like that. Ms Hinze handled a tough situation with research, sensitivity, and perception. She took a rough, real situation and created beauty from ashes

“The Reunited Heart” series is a collection of three standalone full-length novels by Vicki Hinze (Her Perfect Life, Mindreader, and Duplicity) and they were gifted to me by the author in exchange for an honest review.

Each novel covers the story of an incredibly strong woman who is placed in an unbelievably difficult situation. In “Her Perfect Life,” Katie Cole, pilot, crashes her plane and is held prisoner for more than six years as she fights to survive under extreme hardship. When she is finally rescued, she comes home to realize that people have moved on with their lives. Feeling as though she’s been left behind, again, has to pick up the pieces and build a new life for herself.

In “Mindreader,” we meet Caron, a reluctant mind reader who fights to save the life of a young girl who has been kidnapped. She must fight nonbelievers and her own rising anxiety (fear and madness), as she works to put together the pieces of the puzzle that will save the child.

And in “Duplicity,” we meet Tracy Keener, a military lawyer charged with defending a fellow man against treason, murder and other charges.

And in all three novels, a solid, strong male counterpart to help them, remind them of who they are (inside), and to love them.

The stories are unique to each other, which makes them an enjoyable collection of romance mixed with turmoil. Overall, the storytelling is well done, the characters are well fleshed out, and they will leave you with positive feelings of a happily ever after.

This collection of books is one that everyone should read. Each book is intense, keeps you riveted to the story and makes you want to read the book through to the end. When the hearts of the characters in the books start beating faster, the reader's does do; the reader can feel their fear, their joy, and their grief. In "Her Perfect Life". Captain Katie Cole Porter hand been a prisoner of war for six years and presumed dead. She was rescued and returned to her life. A lot had changed in the time she was help captive. She had to confront those changes, make the best of those changes and move forward with her life. It did not come without heartache. "Mind Reader" is a book about Caron Chalmers, a psychic who knows that a child has been abducted. Captain Sanders insists that Parker Simms, a private investigator help her with the case. Parker has his own agenda for doing so. It takes a while, but Caron gets Parker to believe she is not a fraud. Captain Tracy keener, is an attorney for the military. She has been given the assignment of defending, Captain Adam Burke, who is believed to have killed his team members and to be a traitor. She does not believe in his innocence. Captain Burke does not feel Tracy can do the job but is the only option she has. As she investigates she is threatened and Adam gets killed. There are a lot of twists in this book and is one that will keep you gripping the edges of your book or Kindle.

First this book was gifted to me as an arc by the author in exchange for a honest review. The Reunited Heart” series is a collection of three standalone full-length novels by Vicki Hinze (Her Perfect Life, Mindreader, and Duplicity). All three books are standalone novels and completely unique to each other. I must say my favorite was Her Perfect Life with a POW veteran returning home after being held captive for six years and presumed dead. Her husband has moved on and remarried but her flight partner C.D. is still there for her. A wonderful moving story that you can't put down. The characters are very well developed, you will love them and feel their emotions as your own. Great stories!

A Riveting Romance & Suspense Collection

The Reunited Hearts Colection is a set of 3 complete extraordinary novels that when put together are riveting, filled with intense action and will hook you right away. I was immediately drawn into the plots and couldn't stop turning pages. Ms. Hinze style of writing found me in the swelting heat of the desert with POW Katie Slater, in Her Perfect Life, inside Caron Chalmers mind seeing vivid images of kidnapping victims, and on the run from the Military Police with Captain Tracy Keener and Captain Adam Burke in Duplicity.

I highly recommend the Reunited Hearts Collection! Ms. Hinze's books will stay with you long after the last page.
