I use my bamboo steamer a lot at home (veggies and dumplings - so easy!!) I’ve gone through 3 or 4 at this point because the wood always gets warped on the bottom and starts to fall apart. But not anymore!! The metal lining on the bottoms are a game changer…and the universal bottom for any pot?! Aaaaand the silicone reusable liners?! This was worth every penny.
