Very durable and thick silicone. Love that part. Has measurements on the side. The slide on clip is a bit difficult to get on and off, you have to hold and tug a lot which risks squishing and spilling your food. I'm hoping that gets easier with use. Easy enough to clean, just takes some maneuvering. Similar to washing silicone bakeware. Drying is probably the most difficult part of use because it won't just stand open, so you have to hang it on something. Then the underside doesn't dry. But having to hand dry it isn't too big of a deal. I don't have a dishwasher so I don't know if that would make it easier.
I got a few different brands of reusable silicone bags to see which ones I like best. I can see ordering more of these just because they are the most durable.
Overall a fantastic product for reducing waste. I can't wait to try sous vide in my instant pot with this!
