From the Inside Flap
Do you have trouble finding time during your hectic day to grow your business? Is your company stalled because you are too busy reacting to customer problems? Do you lack the funds to jump-start an effective marketing plan?
The Revenue Growth Habit gives business owners, leaders, and all customer facing staff a hands-on resource for increasing revenue that is fast, easy, and requires no financial investment.Alex Goldfayn, CEO of the Evangelist Marketing Institute, shows you how to grow your organization by 15% or more in 15 minutes a day… without spending a penny of your money.
How does it work? Each day, take one quick, proactive communication action that tells someone about how they'll be improved after buying from you. Choose from the 22 actions Goldfayn details in this essential guide. Each technique is fast, simple, and free. It only requires your personal effort to communicate the value of your product or service to someone who can buy from you. Personal communicationthe key to the 22 action stepswill make your company stand head-and-shoulders above the competition.
Forget about relying on social media. Posting on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn doesn't grow revenue, especially for business-to-business companies. The Revenue Growth Habit shows how to request and collect testimonials and how to communicate these testimonials to grow your business. You will discover how to write powerful case studies, ask for (and get!) referrals, grow your lists, and send a revenue-growing newsletter. Goldfayn also includes information for teaching your customer-facing people how to inform customers and prospects about ALL that they can buy from you. This proven approach revolves around letting your customers tell your story. There is nothing you can say about your products and services that is more effective than what your paying customers will say.
It doesn't matter which of the 22 techniques you use. It doesn't matter what time of day you take action. Every day, tell your customers and prospects about what they can buy from you and how they'll be improved as a result.
To help you on your way, you can download clean copies of the templates and forms found throughout the book, including the 15-Minute Marketing® Planner at www.RevenueGrowthHabit.com. The time is now to transform your business.
From the Back Cover
You deserve more revenue.
Your products or services provide great value for your customers.
If you asked them, your customers would tell you that you make their lives easier. You save them time. You make their business grow. They consider you a partner. They trust you. They value you. You help them.
As such, they deserve to buy more from you. And your prospects, the people who have not yet bought from you, deserve to benefit from your value as well. And you deserve the top-line income that results from that.
You know who else deserves that you generate more revenue?
Your family. They deserve to enjoy the benefits of your hard work. Yes, they also deserve the things that money can buythe nice home, the vacations, and the good schools.
Your colleagues and your staff, who deserve to work for a thriving organization.
Your suppliers, who stand by you even when times are tough.
And, of course, you. You deserve more revenue. You work too hard, take too much risk, and provide too much value to your customers to not be making more money.
I'm doing fine, you say?
I think you can be doing better. You have low-hanging revenue fruit, and I'm going to help you pick it.
It's not that simple, you think?
Revenue growth is quite simple: It's fast, it's easy, and it requires no financial investment. In this book, I will teach you how to grow your organization by 15% or more in 15 minutes or less a day without spending a penny of your money.
To grow your revenue, we'll need one quick communication action a day from you. Some days it'll be 60 seconds, other days 5 minutes, but never more than 15 minutes a day.
You help your customers in great ways, and they deserve to buy more from you.
And you deserve to enjoy the revenue that results and all the experiences, improvements, and peace of mind that it can buy for you and your family.

The first technique I used--including a testimonial in my email signature--has caught the attention of quite a few correspondents. And the "By the way, did you know I also do..." has lead to several requests for more information.
I'm just beginning to enjoy value from this book and I anticipate much more.
These are the important things I've learnt from the book:
1. Discipline (Habit) = Starting + Repeating with Accountability
2. Testimonials make your materials stronger, more interesting, more compelling, truer, bolder, more resonant, more connecting, and flat- out better. So, put them everywhere. Every page of every thing. There is no wrong place for a testimonial.
There are so many growth techniques mentioned in the book, here are the ones I like:
