This is such a fun and crazy story about two young lovers who is trying to start their lives but are face with difficult obstacles that they must overcome to make their love work. I am enjoying this series with the different characters that were introduced in the first 2 books.
I do highly encourage you to read Overtones beforehand, so as to gain a better understanding of these wonderful characters.
They seem perfect for each other - their chemistry is hot, they are both a bit impulsive and often do the unpredictable but they cannot seem to get it together.
I mean face to face their chemistry is undeniable .... it’s just the long distance, over the phone connection, where they can’t seem to get it together. This story is highly addictive as you are taken on a rollercoaster of will they ... or won’t they? Or even can they?
Jerica has once again written a beautiful and often angsty read filled with complications that become a journey of self-discovery as they try work through their issues and overcome the challenges that face their relationship.
Do they get their HEA?
I’m not telling but you will NOT regret diving into this book.

I really enjoyed Reverb and was so happy that they decided to give this a shot. Long distance is hard work, it’s never easy and can so just how committed you are.
Once things start to take off, you can’t help but feel for Lauren. The fact that she doesn’t even subconsciously think about who Brendon is or was makes you love her more. The way she handles situations with grace makes me want to cuddle her… I would not have been so grown up, I’d have lost it long before she did.
As much as I loved Brendon, I felt he was still a little bit of a bulldozer. He got to walk around with his head held high, while poor Lauren took it all but when they were together, even I felt like I could breathe.
Reverb had highs and it had lows, it was full of angst and passion. Reverb was a great book. Highly recommend!
Lauren and Brendan parted ways in NY, having agreed that it would be a clean break, but the attraction and feelings that emerged during the trip didn't end with the farewell, on the contrary, with the passage of time, both realized that the separation wasn't easy .
When Brendan shows up at Lauren's door after a few months, she's afraid to open her heart again and suffer, but they are committed to trying to make the relationship work despite the distance.
The roller coaster of feelings that happen and the surprises along the way only shows that their love is very strong, but when external events threaten their relationship, will they be able to overcome and be together, or will it separate them forever?
I loved the story and to be able to see again the characters from the other books.
I highly recommend the reading.
