Couldn't put this book down. Read it cover to cover. It's very intense & you really have to be committed to getting rid of your Arthritis. It actually works too. It says it takes 28 days & sure enough the pain is gone. Mine wasn't very bad & I'm a 71 year old vegan. Now I don't have a single symptom of inflammation but most importantly I feel sooooo good.

I saw this advertised on PBS. I like Gary Null. I'm an acupuncturist and am surprised that the acupuncture point shown on page 174 is listed as Liver 14. It is Large Intestine 4, on the hand. It is one of the most fundamental and commonly used points. I'm surprised that passed editing.

Most of the book discusses all that's wrong with big-business food industry and what you should avoid. Interesting, but that went on a bit too long for me. There is a good chapter on the study the author was involved with and a very good chapter on suppliments. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I feel a book on natural arthritis pain remedies should include exercises.

I was impressed when I saw this on PBS, so I ordered the book. Well, the book is nothing but a commercial for his supplement products. While I'm a bit of a nut when it comes to supplements, I took some of his advice on what to take for arthritis and purchased them elsewhere. I just donated the book to a second hand store. You can find this information on other sources.

Great information. I was tired of being in pain from an osteoarthritis knee and a torn meniscus. After a week of making dietary changes I experienced no pain, was able to resume my workouts and bicycling. Back to the gym soon. This has to be a lifestyle commitment since I'm not up for having an invasive procedure. I also purchased the cookbook Anti-arthritis, anti-inflammation cookbook. This is a must if you are going to eat a whole food, plant based diet. I feel great, have more energy and have lost weight without even trying. I track my food with myfitnesspal app to make sure that I'm getting enough protein, unrefined carbs and healthy fat.

I believe the info has merit and is a true help for arthritis. A little technical, but understandable. Worth the money.

I was suffering from bad arthritis pain in my knee and I followed most of Dr. Gull's recommendations (I cannot give up early morning tea!!!) and his suggestions really helped with my knee pain. The book is written in a very user friendly way, and I refer to it all the time….. I love this book.
