If you’re an audiophile like myself, you probably own a number of expensive headphones and believe in the statement, you get what you pay for, but with the QT2S’s I was in for a rude awakening. These are well made, exceptionally sounding in ear monitors that easily perform on par if not better than those that are priced 10x more! Sound is rich, filling with very good highs and lows. I’ve listened to all sorts of genres and they have not disappointed one bit in any category. One other thing I really like about these IEM’s is that they’re relatively small in comparison to others of similar specs. They don’t stick ridiculously out of your ears, which I’ve experienced with others. They’re also comfortable enough to use for hours at a time. Paired with a good amp, these really are an exceptional value and deliver rock solid performance. You won’t be disappointed!

Disclosure: bought as Used-Like New from Amazon for a discount. The package was damaged, but the item appeared to be new, otherwise.

This is the middle of my journey into Chi-Fi - previously I had used SHURE, UE, Etymotic, More, and Rocki-it offerings which had BAs in them. This Revonext offering outdoes my previous name-brand purchases, and it does it for an incredible, and IMO, an unsustainable inexpensive price.

My first foray into Chi-Fi IEMs, not too long ago, was the CCA C12 - I erroneously thought that more drivers = better. While the C12s sounded good, they didn't sound great. This Renonext offering sounds great. I prefer a balanced sound signature where I believe the sound I hear represents the sound as it was intended after mixdown.

There is a small group of Chi-fi IEMs that I've come to value as great sounding and surprisingly, they all have 2,3, or 4 drivers in them - a mixture of dynamic and BAs in them. I'll list them all below, they sound very similar to each other.

Revonext QT5, Revonext QT2S, TRN V90, TRN V20, KBEAR KS2, KZ ED16.

These all sound clear and undistorted. The V90 is able to take the most power. The V20 sounds like a less refined V90, but it's only apparent only if I directly A/B them. The QT2S is a more refined version of the QT5, but like the TRNs, it's not apparent unless directly A/B-ing them. As far as casual listening goes, all of them do a fine job. For monitoring, while singing though, the V90 does the best job, but singing and using them as monitors is a very niche use.

PS: All of these include a removable cable, some interchangeable with each other. I tend to also use memory foam tips - which are not included in any of the offerings and must be purchased separately - sometimes costing more than the less expensive IEMs. Some of these models are on a blacklist at review sites - due to sponsors or suppliers violating some political or posting rules. It's a shame because all of these sound great.

I sent these back for refund because the right earpiece was failing already after only less than a month. I really enjoyed them when they were working, but I can't recommend them due to very poor reliability.
I give two starts because customer service is good, unfortunately the product is not.

They sound really nice, though I heard about some possible defect concerns around the web.
I hope they hold up, but so far so good.
They sound excellent! Far better than Beats by Dre, the sound quality is impressive - probably closer to something upwards of $300.
There are other IEMs similar to the Revonext QT2S at a bit lower price, but the frequency response in these is pretty special. At 7hz-40khz they can be classified as a true "High Definition" audio device.
Recommended for audiophiles and casual listeners.
Great for all types of music!

Update: been using the crap out of these for drumming. I've never used in ears prior, and now I can finally hear my self play and put all energy in with out hurting my ears at all. I don't even like playing with out them. My set has alot of overtones and I'm in a small room and wearing earphones makes the set sound awesome and I can finally keep track of the beat I'm playing. Will buy again.

I'm big into headphones but haven't had all that many IEM's. My Shure SE115M+ buds were getting a little long in the tooth. A little research brought me to the RevoNext NEX202s. I thought for $50 I couldn't go too wrong.
And I'm glad I did. They turned out to be just what I was looking for.
The first pair I ordered was defective; the left ear piece had some sort of problem where the sound would just cut out completely. That's why I rated these 4 star. I should not have had to send the first pair back and order a replacement. Otherwise I would rate them 5 star.
I didn't have to wait long as Amazon had the replacement pair to me within a day.
As for sound quality, I finally found the low end that I had been looking for. Not boomy or muddy. But there when I needed it. The mids I can only describe as creamy and rich. The highs are definitely crisp and (almost) a little too much at times. That said, I love them and don't find them fatiguing at all.
What's also nice is that the cables are replaceable; something I haven't seen that much at this price range.
And speaking of cables, I don't hear any noise from them at all when they move around. Very nice quality.
These IEM's didn't come with a case so I ordered an inexpensive semi-hardshell one that will work just fine.

One thing I would suggest is ordering some Comply Smartcore Audio Pro foam tips at the same time you purchase these IEMs. The foam tips that come with the NEX202 are OK. But they don't really conform to the ear canal as well as they should. The Comply tips supply a great fit which further isolates the surrounding sound. And in doing so, provide quite a bit more on the low end as well as tame the high end just a little bit.

Appears to be quality control issues, but if you get your hands on a good unit they are great headphones. Sound better than headphones that are much much more expensive. Good soundstage, lots of bass, just overall a fun sound.

Likely not what you want if you want a flat, reference style sound though.
