A simple presentation into realization of the consciousness behind the mind, the observer of the mind . . . we have purchased at least two dozen copies to gift to others to share the message . . . this is a core understanding and realization to being in peace, experiencing life as the individual but also observing as pure consciousness . . . this book will help you realize you are not your thoughts, any of them. This along with listening to Mooji has been quite an awakening for my husband and me, thank you, thank you, thank you . . .

I have not finished the book at this time. I have the feeling it is a book I will have to reorder because I am going to underline, side margin write in and wear out, re-reading. I have some new insights into what and who I have been conditioned to believe I am 'supposed' to be.

I rate this book a five star, because they way the author is able to address such a complex occurrence in simple terms, captivates the reader. I would recommend this book to any reader who questions if they are destined for the hamster wheel of life.

He's just not a very good writer. His text does not flow. Hard to read. Made it a struggle to try to stick with it and piece the thoughts together.

The book gave me a fresh overview of my life-long search for the meaning of an enlightened life through many different "teachers". it sums up many things in a relatively clear way.
