Yes. You won't find a more well-built titanium light, with a great LED, ability to use Alkaline/NiMH/Li Ion, and be the perfect Every Day Carry (EDC) size, anywhere else. It's an amazing value.
For those that want a bit more depth:
If you've never had a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) LED light before, you're in for a treat. I also have the Reylight Pineapple ReyLight Pineapple brass mini LED Flashlight with Nichia 219C 4000K High CRI LED which has the same Nichia LED. I never knew just how "green" or washed out LED flashlights were until I tried out the Reylights. You get four different modes: moonlight, low, medium, and high. The moonlight is perfect at night when I need to get up without bothering anyone.
The machining on the titanium is superb. My only gripes are that there are some sharp edges in various places, the switch can feel a bit "gritty". However, I noticed that after a week of carrying and using the light frequently, the button feels a lot smoother.
The pocket clip is alright, but I have had it bend out accidentally once. However, you can easily bend it back in, and it doesn't feel like I could possibly lose the light due to it not being clipped securely.
Besides the titanium, the biggest differences between this light and the Reylight Pineapple is the Ti LAN is slightly longer, and that it can be fitted with tritium vials in eleven different spots: six around the switch, one in the end cap of the button, and three around the head of the flashlight. As I said, the build and machining is superb, and a lot of foresight went into creating the spots to accept the tritium vials.
I love the fact that this can accept multiple different battery types: Alkaline, NiMH, and Li Ion. You will definitely see a huge difference in light output using a quality Li Ion battery, it's VERY noticeable when compared to alkaline batteries. One thing that's nice about the Ti LAN being longer than the Pineapple is that "protected" Li Ion cells fit much better. In the Pineapple, I had to clip back the spring, and the battery's diameter also made it necessary to "wriggle" it in. Not so in the Ti LAN. Batteries fit perfectly, and the higher intensity that Li Ion provides make this little flashlight shine even more.
You really can't go wrong with this light. It looks great, feels solid, and has great utility.
The light features a nice warm Nichia led. The lower modes on this light are real nice, especially the low moon mode. The high setting is adequate, but not as bright as some cooler tint alternatives. However, that is somewhat expected. The light supports 14500 batteries, and by using one, the high mode jumps to a far more capable 390 lumens. All in all, its a great titanium high-cri AA light. There aren't too many on the market, especially ones that are aesthetically pleasing for EDC purposes, and as a bonus, have slots for trit installation.
