My reason for giving four rather than five stars is that after taking off the plastic wrapper that holds these two pans and lids together, I noticed a few dark flecks in the pans. Maybe it's reasonable to wash something like this prior to use any way, but given that I didn't know what these flecks were (probably aluminum) I certainly didn't want to put food into the pans without making sure that the pans were thoroughly washed.
Some of the features are as follows:-
1) The pan is non stick and so the food will not stick to the edges and bottom of the pan.
2) It is compact and comes with a lid which ensures that the food does not spill or leak while taking on the go.
3) It is good to use for parties, potlucks and get-togethers.
4) It saves time and energy in the clean up of pans and vessels as it can be disposed off after use.
Love using these for making kale chips too.
Also, I use these for big arts and crafts projects.
