Bake the Perfect Batch with Reynolds Parchment Paper
Prep Cookie Pans Ahead of Time
Save time when baking by lining cookie sheets with parchment paper. After each batch is done, slide the parchment paper and cookies onto a cooling rack. Save even more time by having the next batch prepped on another sheet of parchment and ready to bake.
Homemade treats are great until clean-up comes. Don’t fear sticky messes in the kitchen. Decorate your cookies while they’re still on parchment paper – it will catch all the excess chocolate drizzles and sprinkles.
Make Ahead Tip

Cookie Baking Sheets

|What is parchment paper and how does it help with baking cookies and many other foods?||Parchment paper is a natural paper with a non-stick coating. Lining your pan with parchment means that baked goods slide off without sticking (and you don’t need to use grease or spray). Using parchment paper also means that cookies bake more evenly, and with less cracks or crumbling. Clean up is a lot easier and so is transfer from pan to cooling rack (just slide the paper over).|
|Is parchment paper safe to use in the oven?||Yes. The special 'parchmentizing process' means that Reynolds Kitchens Parchment Paper is oven safe up to 420F. We recommend that you preheat the oven first. Never touch the parchment paper to an open flame or to the sides of the oven, and do not use with a broiling unit or toaster oven.|
|What is the difference between Reynolds Kitchens Cookie Baking Sheets and Parchment Rolls?||Both are Reynolds Kitchens Parchment Paper. Reynolds Kitchens Cookie Baking Sheets are pre-cut, and sized perfectly for a standard baking sheet.|
|What is the difference between Parchment Paper and Wax Paper?||Both Wax paper and Parchment paper provide a non-stick surface to help lift food from the surface of a pan without sticking. Wax paper is made by applying a coating of wax to a thin paper sheet. Parchment paper has a natural non-stick coating produced through a special 'parchmentizing' process. Both are microwave safe, but only parchment paper is oven safe (up to 420F).|
|Can I use Reynolds Kitchens Parchment Paper in the microwave oven?||Yes. To reheat foods in the microwave, place a small sheet of Reynolds Kitchens Parchment Paper underneath foods in order to eliminate splatters and avoid messy cleanup. To reheat foods such as vegetables or casserole leftovers, place at least ½ cup of food in a microwave-safe dish and cover with a sheet of parchment paper.|
|Is Parchment Paper Recyclable?||The paperboard carton that parchment paper comes in is recyclable.|
Reynolds Kitchens Parchment Paper is a natural, high-density paper for oven use with a non-stick coating that bakers love because it delivers better baking results with easy clean-up.

This paper saves me so much clean up time after baking by preventing baked goods from burning on and sticking to the bottom of baking sheets. When I'm done baking a tray of cookies, I just let the empty pan sit out for a few minutes to cool then crumple up the paper with the crumbs inside and throw it away.
I have a crusty hand-me-down baking sheet that I've never been able to get clean as new. I line it with this paper, so I get a fresh, clean baking sheet every time AND there's no clean-up necessary. I am creating some waste with the paper, but the fact that I no longer use SOS pads probably balances that out.
