With your food in the center of the sheet of parchment, gather two sides and start to fold the parchment until you reach about 1 inch from the food.

Crimp in Sides

Use one hand to hold the fold while you use the other to start crimping in the side of the packet. Make sure you don't have any gaps in the fold.

Secure & Cook

Repeat on the other side as well and press the corners in tightly to make sure everything is secure. Time to cook!
