I use parchment paper in lots of baking. It protects my pans, makes clean up easier and allows for ease of release of the food. I was happy to see an unbleached version of this product. The chemicals used in bleaching paper products is unhealthy and totally unnecessary. And considering this paper is exposed to high heat in the oven I worried that those chemicals could be polluting my food. I have found this unbleached version's performance to be just the same.

Great Product, but Packaging Needs Improvement
I really like this parchment paper and have purchased it several times. I’m always happy with the item itself. However, this time, the package arrived open, and the box was damaged. Thankfully, the parchment paper wasn’t affected, but the shipping experience wasn’t ideal. This is just some feedback—considering a more protective packaging for this item would help prevent damage during transit. I’m still satisfied with my purchase and have shared a photo for reference.
