Rheem... a trusted name in H20 heaters and such. However... these units are super sensitive to power surge. Replacement parts (blower motor, and motherboard) are 700$ and no garauntee it will fix the problem. I bought a new unit for 200 more. Warranty does not cover power surge.
I returned parts to Rheem for refund (less restocking fee. Almost 100 bucks) and had to call several times and dispute refund on credit card before they issued Refund. Shame on Rheem! I ABSOLUTELY will not purchase any other product from them.
