Alot of reviews on here like to talk about build quality and felt pieces coming off pieces, and other stupid things that are so easily fixed. My product showed up in a nice box, I opened it, and I had 2 pieces with the felt bottoms slightly off. Instead of knocking this down a star or anything, it took me all of 2 seconds to just push on the felt and the adhesive attached itself back and I have now had the set and been using it fro around a month with no other issues with the pieces. The set is the perfect size for my desk and I get plenty of comments on how nice the board looks. Great conversation starter for someone in your office as almost everyone asks me if I play chess and sparks up immediate conversation.
Overall, could not recommend this enough. If you are among the most nit picky people on the planet and refuse to make such a simple fix for such an affordably priced set, stay away. If you are any normal human in the world that has a hand and can use it, this is the set to get.

One of my pawns is broken and the other pawn has glass molding issues. It wasn't broken during shipping. The box and foam packing arrived undamaged. It appears to have been packaged already damaged from the factory. I suspect this because I looked for the broken piece in the packaging in hopes to be able to glue it together with acrylic glue but I did not find it. I am going to try to remold the broken pawn with acrylic resin.
