The book closes with an "Index of Stitches" (pages 56-60) and an Index (page 61). The Index of Stitches is a handy "quick reference" guide, showing the name of each stitch, a close-up photo of the completed stitch, a line drawing of the stitch, and the page number on which the reader can find the detailed instructions for making the stitch. I can hardly wait to try my hand at making some of these stitches, and when I do, I know this book will help me, step by step, to produce a lovely finished product.
It shows the basic steps and is very easy to follow.
It would have to be the best book that I have come across for someone wanting to learn and to start ribbon embroidery as it gives the basics before confusing the whole concept.
Ribbon embroidery is easy as !!!And to be able to create a magical piece of ribbon work is brilliant.
If this is what you want to do, you definitely need this book in your library as this book and its illustrations are for you.
