These are AMAZING for horned goats.
I think mine has been up a week and the only damage the goats have managed is chewing part of the top tightening string- not even the items fault- goats are just goats.
I needed something with small holes and no possibility of the goats getting hurt. This absolutely fits the bill. One hay bag can stuff with hay in it (packed) for x3 9 month old alpine goats to eat over 24hrs- mind you- we're using square bales and I'm cramping entire flakes in. There's still a little bit of hay left by the next evenings feeding.
A++ for Durability, storage capacity, and functionality. I do not think I'd be able to find a better way to save hay fron getting trampled on by these "kids" for any better Value for money. Will buy again when needed. I'm realistic and know that these won't last forever with 3 "kids" abusing them.

I bought these bags for my 3 mini goats and miniature pony. Super easy to stuff and can hold quite a bit of hay! Unfortunately the string that closes the bag broke within a couple weeks, but the bag is still perfectly usable and works great. This material is also super easy to clean which is an added bonus!

Anyone that has raised goats knows that they waste a LOT of hay. It can get enfuriating! The small holes on these bags makes that less of an issue. They are waterproof, and easy to use. Good quality construction.

Was excited to see these on Amazon and immediately ordered. I have a slightly similar version that I like but it is much heavier material. PROS: lightweight, somewhat easy to stuff with hay flakes. Great little tabs STITCHED to bag with metal half circles to hang the bag vertically....you need to supply the clip or carabiner. The plastic is a little thin and has a distinctive smell initially - neither horse would use it until I soaked them in a bucket to get rid of smell. Holes are only around the bottom and have some type of tape around the holes....probably because the edges might be little sharp but more than likely to strengthen the edges. Doesn't seem to be a problem for one horse who isn't an aggressive eater and has a smaller muzzle.

CONS: Drawstring is small cord with one those spherical "balls" you squeeze to slide up to tighten the cord. (similar to lingerie bag or laces on sneakers) Changed that to a thicker rope and removed the "ball". before the "aggressive eater" horse got ahold of it. There is no hole on the bottom of the bag and as hay is eaten the bag collapses as expected. But this leaves some hay inaccessible which may or may not be a problem. One horse walked away, the other started tugging on one of the holes.... In long run I think this may work better when we are off property and there is a need to tie to the trailer. It will keep the hay contained in the tack compartment better than a regular net.
