Clare Ferguson is a food writer who is constantly in demand as a food columnist and radio and T.V. guest. She has worked as the food editor of "Elle" and is the author of several books for Ryland Peters & Small including "Mediterraneo", "Antipasti", and "Extra virgin: Cooking with Olive Oil."
Jeremy Hopley is one of Britain's best-known names in food photography. He works with leading food store chains, such as Marks & Spencer and France's Continent; and with well known authors and chefs. His work appears regularly in magazines.

I was not disappointed.
There is one recipe I like and make over and over again, but not every week, because it involves some work, and that is the cake with ground rice, dissicated coconut, cashews and orange juice. Not your average ingredients and it has a really different taste, because of the unusual ingredients and the cardamom, but most of my friends love it.
Other recipes are good too.
I even gave one I ordered from Amazon to a very nice young lady, who happens to like experimenting with recipes as much as I do, when she graduated.
