*****The recipes in this book are configured for an 8" x 11" or 9" x 9" size canvas/panel.*****
I am a self-taught paint pouring artist. I have learned by making many mistakes and finding ways to fix them. I have always kept a journal in my studio. This book and the recipes within are taken from those journals. I often refer to them for color palette ideas and design elements.
Those of you familiar with the art of paint pouring know that duplicating an original fluid art piece is impossible BUT, The choices of paint colors, additives and techniques used can be duplicated. The recipes in this book are meant to be a guide to help you but I still encourage experimentation and tweaking to fit your own artistic style.
Teaching and sharing is a passion of mine and I’m hopeful these recipes will help you. The second half of this book is a blank sketchbook/journal for you to write your own recipes, observations and ideas.
Happy Pouring!

Rock Painting/Stone Art is fun, easy and can be inexpensive
Stone carvings (Petroglyphs) and Rock paintings (Pictographs) date back tens of thousands of years. Though the tools and methods have changed, the desire to communicate through art remains and is as strong as ever. This course covers the basics to get started in decorative stone art and I will also share my "out of the box" techniques that I use to create unique stone art in my Home Decor and design businesses.
I like to do things a little different than what is already out there, so I will not be doing any mandala designs in this book. There are many great rock artists that have mastered that type of stone art. Here is a list of my favorites: Elspeth McLean, Maria Trujillo, Natasha Alexander, and F Sehnaz Bac.

Photography Made Easy: The Beginners Guide To Learning Digital Photography In A Weekend

Are you an aspiring photographer? Not sure where to start? Have you been taking pictures that your just not happy with?
I was in the same position as you were several years ago when I first got a DSLR camera. I shot everything in full auto mode and I didn’t have a clue what all those buttons and knobs were for, I just pointed and shot. This resulted in inconsistent, blurry, unbalanced, over-exposed, or under-exposed photos.
I decided to learn how to take control of my camera and actually learn what all of those buttons and knobs were for and become an actual photographer as opposed to someone that just took pictures.
After studying many books, watching tutorial videos and years of trial and error, I have compiled the best and fastest way to break free of “auto mode” photography and explore all that my digital camera had to offer.
When reading this book you will see references to settings and various parts of your camera. Since there is a wide range of brands and all cameras are slightly different, I recommend you refer to your owner’s manual to better understand your particular camera’s layout and functionality.
I have included pictures and easy to follow diagrams and I explain things in an easy to understand and simple manner. My goal is to teach you all the important photography basics and enhance your skills so you can capture professional, high quality photographs that you will be proud of.
