I ordered two frames. One for the front and one for the back. First, the “wildcats” and “northwestern” are both just stickers. I thought that they would be high quality printing covered in clear rubber like I’ve seen in the store before. The first frame looked nice, but the sticker on the top is slightly askew. The second one, the stickers lined up but the bottom one was too long and is rippled in the middle/ the middle portion of the ripple is a good 1/4” off of the frame and will not flatten out in order to stick down. I had bought them as a gift and because of the quality decided to find a different one to give instead.

I bought the FL Gators license plate frame for my wife. When I started to put her license plate in the frame, I found that the frame was about 1/8" too short for the NC license plate. I had to trim the bottom edge of the license plate to make it fit the frame. Then, when I started to mount it, I noticed the pretty little chrome screw covers that they provided. In order to use the screw covers, you need screws with heads that are small enough to fit into the plastic retainers, which mine were not. Luckily, I found some screws that would work and installed the plate with the tag frame. It was then that I noticed that the design of the frame does not leave enough room for the chrome screw covers to seat flat against the frame, so I don't know if the covers are going to stay on or fall off eventually. I guess time will tell how it holds up, but for initial design flaws, I give this a 3. It should have been a 2-minute swap, but turned into a 1-hour project.

Looks Good but Rattles

My son goes to Notre Dame so my wife wanted a ND license plate frameand this one looked good. It does look good on the car but I noticed a rattling and traced it to the license plate frame. It doesn't have screws on the bottom part of the bracket, just the top. This means that the license plate frame rattles when you're stopped and the engine is operating. I addressed it by putting some felt to block the rattling and it mostly stopped it but the license plate frame still rattles when you close the hatch.

This does not fit my license plate. Definitely too small all the way around. I put it on because i am really wanted up replace the one I had, but would never purchase this again. You can't see the license plate state's name. Also I didn't notice when purchasing but it only has two holes to screw it around the license plate. So instead of my license plate hang on by four screws it's only hanging on by two. Definitely do not purchase.

Shipped in a plastic bag so it was bent when it arrived. As others say it is cheaply made but for the price I gave it a try. Plate didn’t fit due to poor manufacturing, the tab holding the plate at the bottom was not molded deep enough but with some modifications it works. The logos are stickers so time will tell and mine was off center so I had to trim it a bit to get it flat to the service. They only give you a month to return it so I may if it falls apart. It is much cheaper but you will likely not have this one last more than a year so you decide.
