About the Author
Mike Devloo is a bilingual author and Civil Engineer living in Colorado, USA. Mike grew up playing basketball in the sweaty suburbs of Houston Texas. "I studied hard and got a scholarship to Colorado School of Mines. I was so happy to get out of Texas and live near the mountains for University." With a year studying Engineering in Spain, he completed his bachelors in science in Engineering at Mines in 2005. Although now a licensed civil engineer, Mike has strayed from the typical career path and since 2007 he has explored a broad spectrum of opportunities from construction writing, to teaching, to raft guiding in India. Mike enjoys a simple outdoor lifestyle and claims that he would rather live in a tent in a beautiful place than work a desk job in an oppressive crowded city. He is an avid kayaker, mountaineer, and snowboarder, always ready for a new adventure. His professional interests include green building, English-Spanish construction communication, engineering, non-fiction writing, and outdoor film. When between work Mike escapes through travel. "Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Hawaii, and Canada are beautiful. Africa and India are amazing and eye opening. But it's hard to beat summer in the Colorado Rockies!" Mike's website for Engineering and English Spanish products for construction and other published works is CasaConstructionBook.com Youtube page is youtube.com/gnarseeker

In addition, I was taken aback at his racist comments and references and his rather crude and emotionally immature accounting of his passionate encounter. TMI and the wrong genre, I thought.
It seems as if the book could have benefited from having an outside reviewer before being put into print.Given his racist references, I am sorry that I contributed my money towards his pocket.
