The series goes like this:
The Centaurus Legacy:
The Orion Deception (Heck Thomas Book 2)
Rigel's Escape (Heck Thomas Book 2)
Note that both The Orion Deception AND Rigel's Escape claim to be Heck Thomas Book 2. I have checked back from time to time to see if there was a new Heck Thomas, as both Legacy and Deception were VERY good reads and I became a real fan. The description says, "Rigel's Escape is the second installment in The Orion Trilogy, and it not about Earth rocks or tasty meteors. This book picks right up after the conclusion of The Orion Deception..."
I reasoned how could it be the SECOND installment if Orion Deception is book two? How can it come AFTER The Orion Deception if it is the same book number? So I read the free sample and yes, I can report that they ARE different titles! Hurray!! So I am buying it and since I loved the first two I am giving it a tentative 4 stars, but once I read it I will revise (likely upward to a five star). But until then, I hope I am helping others who wish to read more Heck Thomas to know that yes, this is a NEW INSTALLMENT of the excellent series. FINALLY.. I can hardly wait. :)
PS Can the titled number on Rigel's Escape be revised to Heck Thomas Book 3?
