This is the definitive counterargument to 20 years of lies orchestrated by the DNC. Read this book and explore the depth and variety of deception you have been subjected to from nothing less than the news media, the intelligence community, the FBI, and politicians at every level.

I’m old enough to remember the 2000, 2004, and 2016 elections. I remember that Democrats insisted that those elections were stolen.

I remember the loud, unproven conspiracies about how the elections were stolen because Karl Rove’s cronies hacked Ohio’s voting machines for Bush or because Russians “hacked” the election despite the fact there’s no evidence they changed a single vote. Remember the Russian Facebook conspiracy that turned out to be nothing more than memes?

This book is real. It’s comprehensive, and it’s terrifying. Mollie provides plenty of unsetting details about how the 2020 election was conducted by examining well-documented issues such as election laws, voting procedures, and media distortions.

Democrats and the media openly questioning the results of multiple elections. But, people will tell you that books like this are crazy for even discussing an election where they took advantage of a pandemic to rewrite all the voting laws in the middle of it.

The moral of the story is that the term “rigged” does not mean what you think it means.

No one is talking in this book about the ill-supported theories advocated by the likes of Lin Wood. Far from it, this book is a commentary on the structural and procedural deficiencies in the American legal system, deficiencies that facilitated the outcome of the elections in the critical states in 2020. State legislatures lacked backbone or will or both. Courts looked the other way or simply refused to adjudicate legitimate issues on a timely basis. And we all know how the United States Supreme Court went out the back door in response to the petition from Texas and a number of other states.

The author does a wonderful job of documenting the blatant hypocrisy of the left in comparison to its response to the 2016 presidential election. The author does an equally wonderful job of explaining the toxic role of the media, the big social media companies and the legendary Deep State, in skewing the 2020 election. And who could forget the role of the coronavirus and the rampant rioting throughout 2020? It is a wonder the election was as close as it was given these drivers.

This book is a meditation on the sorry state of the American legal system. When the dust settles, elections are legal exercises performed by citizens and state and local politicians. In ways too numerous to recount here, the Democrats outspent, outmaneuvered, outlawyered and outwitted the Republicans, most of it using a legal system that is simply not adequate to the task of enforcing the rules. Clearly courts had some help along the way from mendacious politicians, officials and other functionaries.

Anyone familiar with the legal system knows that merely because a proceeding produces a final and binding court order doesn’t mean that it is just or fair or even right. It simply means that it is final and binding.

This book very skillfully documents the ways in which the 2020 election, while final and binding, was not just or fair or even right. Just because something is "legal" doesn't mean it wasn't "rigged." Often that's the most effective kind of rigging.

Apply these flaws to the system that is supposed to determine who is empowered to make the rules of law we live under, in a way that shakes the confidence of 75 million people, and it won't be at all surprising to have a crisis of governmental legitimacy. Which is where we are.

Pity the American people and their legal system in a society that is supposed to be founded on the equal application of neutral rules of law. Like a good movie, you can either laugh or cry.

Heaven help us.

This is an impressive litany of how the Democratic Party levered Donald Trump out of the White House, using a mixture of legitimate and illegitimate tactics, all of which are meticulously detailed by Mollie Hemingway.
In many respects it's a frightening piece of work, showing how Big Tech and the DNC seek to manipulate the population to do their bidding.
In a way you have to admire the Democratic Party for its incredible devotion to winning at any price. And yet with that attitude they have poisoned political discourse and the integrity of elections in the USA.
The Republican Party need to read and understand the implications of this book and take steps to restore the sanctity of the ballot box and the political process.
If they don't, we are likely to see the same thing happening over and over.
