Mark did a great job. He was professional and went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with the Ring installation. The first shipment of the Ring had faulty packaging and Mark spent time to call Ring tech support to have another Ring mailed to me. He came back the following week and provided me with a router extender to ease the challenge of having enough bandwidth for the Ring video doorbell. He helped me out with the Ring App setup and even was able to make a couple of improvements to my doorbell itself. He really went far and beyond the normal call of duty and its much appreciated by me.

Andrew was an amazing installer. He went the extra mile to locate and find our ringer transformer in the attic, put in a new one that provided the required voltage, at no additional cost!!! He spent a good 2 hours with us to make sure everything was working, and even installed a new chime!! I would highly recommend Andrew for an installation of a Ring Video Doorbell Pro.
