The cables themselves aren't fancy silicone or anything but seem more than adequate for the task at hand - which is hobbyist use. I'm not a professional and can't speak to anything more than what I know, which is very basic usage.
But for my purposes they're quite good. I was pleasantly surprised by the general quality of the cables given how cheap they are and I haven't had any issues with them at all. I don't really expect to either.
These are good quality and a good value!
Highly Recommended!

Pros.
1. Probes come in pair with ground clips and hook tips.
2. Probes are built well and feel solid
Cons.
1. Adjusting probe compensation seems to not effect anything when atten is switched to 10x
2. 10x atten does not pick up at all. One probe its open and always at 0v and the other I lose the beam on no matter the division set for voltage or time. (I dont need this for what I do , but you may).
Conclusion:
If you need a stand in, these are perfectly fine. If you need something for high frequency, or for the 10x attenuation, dont bother. It works great on my analog scope, So I assume these will work fine for most modern full digital scopes if you're just doing simple hobby stuff.
You'll probably want something better later on, but these will get you going. These would be good to have if you ever take your scope onsite or if you loan it to a friend. They are not too expensive to lose.
The ground leads are a little long, and mine didn't come with the spring grounds pictured in the manual. But I really can't complain.
I ended up getting two sets to use for SPI protocol analysis, so I can honestly say I would buy again ( I actually did).
