First of all this description is completely wrong. There is no display, there is no adjustment, it is simply a 24 to 12 volt buck converter. In addition to this the wiring description that comes on a sticker attached to the part is reversed. So the wires listed as output are input and vise versa. However, it does seem to be a functional 24 to 12 buck converter provided you reverse the wires.

Edit-
I guess the sticker was just reversed on the first one I received. The red wire is input(24v) and the yellow wire is output(12v)
