A Hemisphere Story
What a lovely little story!
The Ripple is the beginning of a series set in a quaint little coastal town. A town that holds a secret, one that will pull you in, a town that takes the evenings very seriousely.
Welcome to Hemisphere, a mystical town full of surprises, twists and turns along with some bumps in the night. Those bumps should never be ignored!
Wyatt and Tessa Garber are the newest visitors to this beautiful town.
Wyatt is a workaholic trying desperately to save his failing marriage. Thinking a little vacation is just what the doctor ordered he books a stay at a little Bed and Breakfast in Hemisphere.
The problem is that Tessa has decided she wants a divorce, Wyatt is going to do anything he can to try and change her mind.
Wyatt makes a wish to change her mind, his wish causes a strange thing. He is stuck repeating the same day over and over. (Like the movie Ground Hog Day). He has to relive the day his wife told him of her plan every day.
Can he manage to break the cycle? Can he change his beloved wife to give him another chance to change? Can they figure out the secrets of the town? Will they make it out alive and happy?
Guess you gotta pick up the book and read along to find out.
This is a bit different from what this amazing Author normally writes but is well worth it. She rocks at everything she writes. I for one will follow along the journey in this town. Each story can be read as a stand alone.
Follow along and see where Fate Leads!
I will try to patiently wait for the next book.
5 Huge Stars from me on this wonderful read!

The Ripple: A Hemisphere Story
I am familiar with this author from her Kristy K James books, this reminds me of her Wishes in Time series, particularly Holding on to Yesterday, which I loved. While there is a little more heat and a paranormal twist then found in her usual romance novels, it does not contain any sexually explicit scenes or foul language.
Wyatt and Tessa are having troubles, can a vacation trip help them reconnect and remember the love they lost? A trip to a quaint little town along the coast should be just the thing to help them find each other again, well if it was a normal town. However things in Hemisphere aren't quite what they seem, beneath the charming exterior creatures lurk in the night and the towns people take their Halloween festivals just a little too seriously, or maybe unsuspecting guests don't take them seriously enough.
This was a quick read with interesting twist and turns that you don't see coming. I would have liked for it to be a little bit longer in places so that I could better understand what was going on in the town. I understand this location is used by a number of authors in a loosely connected series, I have not read any of the other books and maybe doing so would answer some of the questions I still have. However I was interested enough that I would journey to Hemisphere again when JJ publishes the next book set in this lovely little village by the sea.
