While attending school, which was something he was determined to finish, he meets the new kid Kris who becomes his best friend. Kris’ brother Jamir is in the streets to help his mom support the family. Jamir decides to put Kris & Justice on to the game. Early on you realize that Kris is not going to be able to handle all that comes with the life. After Jamir is gunned down in a drive by, Kris decides he wants to pick up where his brother left off and Justice is down with it. They are hot in the streets but as we all know when your name starts popping so does the haters.
He meets Larissa, whom he falls for but she is not all that she portrays herself to be. After being set up, he learns the truth about her but in the process people close to him lose their lives. This story was so intense and left me with some unanswered questions so I’m hoping that there will be a part 2. #VLSBOOKREVIEWS
Poor Justice had a lot of hard decisions to make and lessons to learn. Easier said than realized that sometimes you have to lose to win.
Great job K.L.
