This is book two of the series but it didn’t impact the story too much. There are references as to what had previously happened. So much happens right from the beginning! You follow Orla and her journey to what would become her destiny. The author did a good job in world building! They story and characters are well written. If you’re a fan of fantasy, I recommend giving this series a go. It was a pretty good read. I give this 4 stars.
