This story of sought for recovery from abuse while facing issues anew is true, tender, real and at times...all I can say is I'm thankful that God is...perhaps I can sum this book up best in a few words...we are all wounded and need redemption!

River Town pulls the reader in and paints word pictures of the draught and wildfires in East Texas that many actually lived. Lynn is able to put the reader into the action.
I thoroughly enjoyed River Town and have already begun reading Hidden Creek, the third book in the Running Forward Series.
Forward series captured my attention in the beginning and held my attention to the end. Not getting any housework done.
