Nicky finally tells her brother Justin the secret of the keys that transport a person either forward or backward in time. She does not want him to go through what she had to when Kimberly disappeared into the 1800's without telling her exactly what was going on.
This is a squeaky clean offering with some love, some mystery & a truly enjoyable time travel experience that I am sure anyone who desires this type of book will love. But, you definitely should read the first book "Touched By Time" to get the foundation of the story so that you can better understand the story.
I doubt any of us would really be content going back in time. The peace and quite would not make up for the lack of convenience's we don't even realize we have .
Like running water ,in door plumbing, electricity, phones, being able to contact anyone within minutes and being able to travel the world in hours not weeks. No medical care or medicine for minor let alone serious illness. We really live in a very wonderful time and it can only get better and
