I contacted the supplier and explained that the mount didn't seem to fit my BMW F800GT handlebar. The supplier's response was prompt and hassle free. I tried both screws sent in the package and I still couldn't get it to fit. I was planning to return it today. Before returning it, I decided to get my husband to attempt the mounting on my motorcycle. Magic hands, I guess? For some reason, he attached the mount and phone without a problem. The fit is perfect. I test road the new device, cradling my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 phone. I rode over some rather bumpy inner city street. When I arrived at my destination an hour later, the phone and mount were solid and secure. I'm glad my search is over and I now don't need to return the mount.

Rubber holding band slips in rain. Kinda a pain to put into stand. Plastic side slides do hold phone, but not securely enough to resist the holding band when trying to install. Many a moment the first couple of inserts and removals that I fumbled phone. Now use case lanyard as safety catch. Band also covers part of screen(very little) so some info on extreme corners covered(time and first icon on notification bar).
Ball joint is nice. Once I tightened it I had no problems with it bumping to one direction because of jolts.
Mounting clamp allowed me to place it on the center bar holding handle bars to frame. Big enough to grip that biggin. Tightened down without breaking( didnt over torque it).
Synopsis - I could place it where I wanted and it holds my phone. Band slippage anxiety is a possible side effect. Screen and portholes for power and headphones are hindered.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he insisted I write a review. Honestly, I've never heard him rave about an item as much as this crazy little bike phone mount. It installed in minutes and fits his iPhone 6 Plus perfectly. He's called me several times while riding his beach cruiser, using the speaker function on the phone, and I can hear him loud and clear (and vice versa). It's also great for playing music while cruising on the beach. I'll definitely be purchasing a second one for my bike.

I bought this for mountain biking and was skeptical but the reviews seemed to say it would work for my case. Well it did not work at all, there are just to many bumps for this thing to handle. For regular bike riding this should work good except for one serious issue. If your phone buttons line up with the rubber strap it will keep pressing them causing volume up/down or in my case TURN OFF/ON! This thing finally met its demise by falling apart when I hit a hill and now lives somewhere in the forest. For me a waste of money but once again, if you are doing light riding it will be good until you go over a curb or something.

I just rode 250 miles on my motorcycle using this mount to hold my phone for navigation and it worked great! There are rubber pads that grab onto the handlebars so it doesn't rotate. The knuckle that allows you to adjust the angle of the phone held tight for security but was easy to move how you needed it. I felt confident that my phone was safe on this trip. Great mount! Great price! It's no wonder it's an Amazon best seller

Grabs my LG Stylo2 and holds it firm even when its in it's new

iPhone 6s/7 Plus Belt Clip Pouch,MOLLE Tactical Smartphone Holster Nylon Waist Bag iPhone 6 Plus Carrying Case Money Pocket Purse for Samsung S5 S6 S7 Edge Plus LG G4/G5+Free Hengwin Keychain-Black

came with both a short and long attachment screw. I have mine attached to an accessory mount with other items on a recumbent trike. so far it holds tight and does not wiggle on uneven road surfaces. It might take a little practice grasping and ungrasping the phone. Must use both hands to get phone on securely

My wife approved of it. She rides regularly while I work and this allows here to see calls and even have speaker phone conversations if she wishes. Plus, she can run whichever riding app she chooses and keep an eye on progress. It's strong enough, at least when new, to hold a iPhone 7 Plus without the bands over the corners. She'll use them from now on though. All in all an inexpensive win for me.

I bought this for a long distance trip to AC for my Yamaha 650 Classic after looking at a few kinds of bike mounts. I knew I needed to mount my phone for navigation purposes but was worried I'd lose it at highway speed. Not to worry--this mount handled the trip beautifully! I had to take my phone off the mount a few times to find geocaches too for a slower geo-ride home. And it was great! I like that the mount tightens nicely both at the handlebar joint and the mount, so I can change the angle of the phone when needed and it can be adjusted for tightness. Good design and good quality AND it came pre-assembled thank GOODNESS! Save me probably 15 minutes of "where does this go"???? I can use all the assembly help I can! I'd buy again, especially for the price!

I bought this for my Yamaha FZ-09. I read the reviews and it seemed awesome. I bought this bake in May and barely two months later of mild use it's entirely broken apart. Within the first two weeks of owning it, the rubber strap broke on it. I thought maybe it was defective, and I tried to use the other similar size strap and that one broke as well. Finally decided to use the larger of the provided straps and that one seemed okay, but it would have way more play and the straps would slowly move back as if it was going to drop the phone eventually at speed. So I downgraded to the smaller strap again and haven't had any issues until this morning. I went to go for my normal ride, got my phone out and pulled back the little plastic claps on either side and POP! The lower half broke off entirely. Looks like the spring inside broke as well. I probably used this thing maybe a total of 20-25 times in the past 2 months because I really only have it for GPS purposes. Anyways it's failed my test, and it's pretty unsafe to have for a phone in my opinion.

It's a solid design and I have every confidence it will hold my phone in place. Where I worry is that the rig will snap off my motorcycle and take my phone with it. The big question I have is whether the plastic which mounts to my handlebar will break. It bends pretty easily and makes me nervous. I have insurance on my phone so there's a little piece of mind but what a hassle to go through replacing it. Again, design is solid but material is questionable. I'll probably put it through some tests with a dead battery bank before trusting my phone with it on the freeway first.
