I'm guessing the gal in the photo is not a plus size, so this will look completely different. If you're a plus size and large chested, this may look fine. If you have the pear shape, don't order it - it will not look like the picture, trust me. It's also not the sweatshirt material you're used to, but the material itself is very comfy and would make great winter pajamas. Very cozy - I love the feel of it. In winter, you'll have to wear a shirt underneath to stay warm because the neck opening is very large ... more so than the picture shows.
The black is a true black, but this is fleece and probably not the best choice for a long haired blonde woman with a white cat. Hair and fur stick to it and show up insanely visible. I have to run a lint brush over it very well each time I wash it.
It falls to the top of my thighs, and really is rather plain, the only real accent is that the hem and cuffs have a very fluttered hemline. The neckline isn't too high, but it doesn't look quite as low as the listing. Still, it is comfortable. I can't stand any shirt up close to my neck. The arms are loose around the underarm area too, and that's important to me.
The fleece is warm and cozy, but it breathes well. It's a bit like a fancied up, thinner, comfortable version of a sweat shirt, really. It's ok, I like it.
I probably won't wear it out though, because, as mom used to say "It picks up everything but men and money." Lighter colors might be better options for blondes.
