I've been searching for another wired Xbox 360 controller, as I tend to have a difficult time getting wireless to connect to my Windows PC easily. I've had a Rock Candy one for almost 5 years now that's served me very well. It still works, but it seems to randomly stop working if I leave it idle for a few minutes, or if I tab in and out of a game. It doesn't even make a disconnect sound, so I'm confused on why it's happening...probably just old age! Anyways, this controller does the trick, and feels familiar in my hands. The only difference is that the LT has a weird sort of springy hollow feedback feeling when I just lift my finger off of it without pushing down into the button, but it's something minor I'll get used to. Thanks for the quick delivery and reliable controller!

These remotes are holding up well. I bought them at Christmas time and I really didn't want to spend the amount of the branded xbox360 ones. So I thought I'd give these a try. I am impressed. They are a cool blue color and work well. They are wired.. but the wire detaches if you need to pack it all up and don't want to wrap it around( as it does stress the cord) or if the cord went bad I bet you could just replace that part. Its USB on one side and the other side seems like a standard plugin ( don't know the name but have seen it a million times at like best buy, for like phones like the Samsung) I choose the wired because I hate continuing to replaced batteries in the cordless and they are 4 and 9... they can deal..

One of the Better 360 Controllers (Updated: 12/3/2020)

I've previously purchased this exact 360 controller several years back. It lasted quite a long time before I ever had any problems with it. The second that I recently ordered is off to a great start with no issues. I've had 3 other 360 controllers following the replacement of my last Rock Candy controller and they all either started ghosting or had buttons stop work within a couple of months. So this one thus far has been a much better option over several others. Highly recommend it if you need a new 360 controller for console or PC gaming. For PC gaming it's far better that that brick-heavy abomination from the Xbox One.

Update: Didn't quite make it a year on this one. I started having some issues with the micro USB plug end on the controller as it randomly started shorting out on games a few months ago but not enough to be more than an annoyance. But now it's become all too common and made this one not worth using. Generally I've had good experiences with these controllers, but this micro USB version has been a bit of a headache. Just an FYI for future buyers.

Typical Rock Candy quality. Its sturdy and works well. The buttons and joysticks all feel of at least Microsoft's quality of controllers. The layout is slightly different in terms of the shape of some buttons, but if you can get over that, then this controller is more than worth the low price

I've used it for over a month now, but the thing is completely useless now the wire was so flimsy that after connecting and disconnecting so many times, the mini usb side of the wire started coming out, and now I cant connect this controller to my xbox or my computer. It sucks too, because the controller works so well, but they super cheaped out on the wire. Something to know before buying. As for analog drift as some people have shown, I havent noticed any, and I've used it in emulation on pc and in plenty of games on my 360. If anyone knows a good replacement wire I can buy, that'd be much appreciated

Bought this to replace another Rock Candy wired controller that arrived with a broken shoulder button and had to be sent back. This one is of slightly higher build quality and works perfect. I actually prefer the feel of this controller over the M$ OEM for certain games as well. Looks like the price has jumped quite a bit to $25 but it was a steal at under $12 shipped. It's always nice to have a wired controller in case you find yourself temporarily without batteries. If you are looking for a Rock Candy controller make sure to get one that works with Xbox 360 specifically as it will work with Windows also but that isn't true the other way around.

I've been using this controller for about 2 years and love it and have zero issues with its performance. Despite being quite small, it is not designed for small hands, or those with shorter than average fingers, as the ergonomics of the grips only work in one hand position (I have to hold it "out" away from my palms in order to reach the buttons with my fingers, but your mileage may vary). I also bought this for my father who is now enjoying it very well. Rock Candy is one of the best quality 3rd party controllers on the market with a fun and attractive look at a very affordable price!

Shipping was fast and well worth the payment, while some of the buttons are a tad sticky, the overall quality, however, is premium; very good quality.

Controller came with a long, accessible cord to plug into your pc and/or xbox (I've only used it on my pc) and has a great light-weight feel. The color is also pretty nice.

I've only had it for a two weeks or so, but I've dropped it numerous times (I can get clumsy when I get up and the controller just falls to the hardwood floor) and it hasn't fractured, broken, or messed up the quality of the controller - this doesn't mean you can drop your controller from a tall height and expect it to come out without any scruffs, I'm just saying this controller can take a beating and I have had little to no problems with it.

Very good buy, especially for it's price!

First, it looks amazing. The buttons all respond like a typical XBOX game pad from Microsoft.
It's a little slippery and the middle ring light around the "XBOX" button doesn't light fully. Only one quadrant lights up. I don't know why, but, it's an aesthetic disappointment.
I haven't tested the expansion ports or the "audio" port. Also, the audio port is not 3.5mm. It's smaller

Ich habe die Controller von Rock Candy vor paar Jahren das erste Mal für mich entdeckt. Damals entweder mit Laptop oder 360 gezockt. Seit "damals" ist jedoch der Controller dezent abgeändert worden. Aussehen und Stabilität sind immernoch top, jedoch und deshalb die 2 Sterne abzug: Man kann weder Wireless spielen (Wie es in den Bildern jedoch angekündigt wird) noch können die Controller wie früher leuchten. Selbst das Controllerkabel ist jetzt nicht mehr fest, sondern lösbar. Was will ich damit wenn man nicht wireless zocken kann? Dafür kosten die aber auch eine Ecke mehr... Also bekomme ich schlechtere Leistung für mehr Geld? Ziemlick kacke von euch... Dies war der letzte Controller von euch, da bezahl ich lieber paar Euro mehr und hol mir Controller die halten was sie versprechen 🤷🏻‍♂️
