4.0 out of 5 stars Awesome choice for a home theatre/gaming setup! Your mileage may vary though...

In short, the product is absolutely awesome. The only part I do not like is the materials used.
There will be a summary at the bottom of this review, so please check that to save yourself some time, then come back to the parts you need to read.
I have purchased two of these chairs, and the two users (my Brother and myself) are two very different people. He is more midrange to above average weight, and I am definitely underweight. Also, he is more likely to spend an entire day in one of the chairs, as I usually spend my day on an iPad instead of using the TV. As a result, our two chairs are in much different condition.

Unboxing/Setup:
So, disappointingly, there is no fancy box with a design and whatnot, that you would want to keep. It just comes in a brown cardboard box. Oh well, it is not like it really matters. The assembly is quite simple, and it comes with the one tool you will need to do it. I used my own tools because I quite frankly, despise allen wrenches. Anyway, after you have screwed in the arm rests, and fastened the pin used to hold the seat up, followed by the velcro that does the same, you are pretty much ready to go. You just plug in the power for the chair, insert the batteries into the wireless transmitter (3x aaa batteries), ensure the chair and the transmitter are on the same switch, and you are ready to go. Thankfully, the chairs come with all the audio cables you could possibly need.

Included in the box:
-Chair
-Wireless transmitter
-Two Armrests
-Allen wrench (to attach arm rests)
-Plastic caps (To cover screw holes on the arm rests)
-Long + Short aux cable
-RCA cable
-Headphone to RCA cable
-RCA cable coupler (One red, one white)
-Metal clip (to secure the chair in the opened position)
-Power adapter

TIP: The transmitter uses 3 aaa batteries, but it can also be hooked up to a power source. I bought one off Amazon. I don't 100% recommend it. One of my transmitters produces a really loud static noise from the power adapter, at times, but messing with the connection usually works. My spare transmitter works perfectly with it, so your mileage may vary.

Audio quality:
I have used Plex via my PS4 mainly as the source for audio/video, and I have found that the speakers are really good! One exception though. For certain movies, there is an audible extremely high pitch sound that comes through the speakers (lower than CRT level, but still quite high), and I have deemed that it was coming from the audio transmitter. Luckily, swapping to my spare transmitter worked wonderfully. In general, I think one of my transmitters is just plain messed up. If you find that the audio just sounds bad for some reason, I definitely recommend keeping a spare RCA cable plugged in to your TV for a quick swap. Playing video games with the chairs is also really awesome, because the vibration is actually really strong, but can get a bit uncomfortable at times. Luckily, the strength can be lowered. I generally keep the bass cranked up all the way however, which is luckily separate from the vibration strength. If you are going to be playing racing games, definitely turn down the vibrational strength, just so that when you are cruising along you are not receiving max strength vibrations all the way down the road.

TIP 2 (IF you have two or more of these chairs): Use two of your transmitters to split the audio to the left and right chair. either use two RCA to headphone cables (each plugged into only one side of the RCA), or use a headphone to RCA, followed by two RCA to headphone adapters (Each plugged into one side of the RCA) to split the audio for the left and right chairs. This should make the sound more surround sound like, if your seats are right next to each other.

TIP 2.5 (IF you followed Tip 2): Disable the middle speakers, to make the sound even more immersive, and that way if one of the chairs is leaned back more than the other, the person in said chair won't be destroying one of their ears, being right next to the speaker. Lets just say you should learn from other people's mistakes...

Comfortability:
The seats are really comfortable. I have even had friends that would rather sit in those chairs rather than my couch. The only thing I would have liked more would be if there was more cushioning throughout the seat, although it is far from uncomfortable.

Longevity:
The seats are made of vinyl, which is a pity, for such a hefty price tag, although I think the price is still worth it. I have had other vinyl chairs, that cracked extremely easily. I have not experienced any cracking luckily, but my robot vacuum always goes under the chairs, and over time, there is a part of the vinyl that is wrapped tightly against the support frame, and as my vacuum rubbed up against it for the past half a year or so, it has peeled a little. Read TIP 3 for the seating position that I have found helps the material last longer (or at least the cushion). Here is a tip that I researched about. DO NOT leave your chair in direct sunlight, or it will dry up. That will require you to use vinyl conditioner to help repair it.

Maintaining the vinyl on your chair:
-Keep it out of direct sunlight
-Do not place the chair(s) near heat sources
-Clean it as soon as it gets dirty
-Use as little water to clean as possible

TIP 3 (For, hopefully making your chair last longer): There is a large cushion on the base of the chair, that if you sit on will squish down really easily. My brother usually sits there, and over time, it has developed an indentation that will not go away anymore. The way I would recommend sitting in the chair would be as far in as you can. It puts more of the stress on the better supported cushioning, and as a result, my chair has little to no indentations in the cushion.

Random things:
What happens if I have multiple transmitters on the same channel?
-The closer one will transmit audio properly, the further one doesn't do anything
Is the wired audio quality better than wireless?
-There is a tiny amount of latency on the wireless, but it is barely noticeable. Also, at times wired will sound better (Not 100% sure when)

Summary:
In short, this chairs are definitely worth the money, and it is important that you maintain the materials properly. To be honest, the only thing I have had to do is keep them out of direct sunlight, and as a result, they are still perfectly fine for now.

Pros:
-Awesome sound quality
-Has built in vibration motor that can help make your movies/games more immersive
-Comes with a wireless transmitter (That can be shared by as many chairs as you want, seemingly)
-Really comfortable

Cons:
-You have to be more careful with vinyl upholstery (Read my maintenance tips under Longevity. Short form is, do not put it in direct heat, or sunlight, and it should already last longer)
-Slight latency in the wireless audio (Not really a con, because it is minuscule, and I am just nitpicking)
-One of my wireless transmitters works worse than the other (doesn't work well with my power adapter, headphone jack doesn't always plug in properly, resulting in a ton of static). The other one works perfectly in every case
