Great Chair with poor customer service

First off, I love this chair. The bass rumble in the back is great. The sound behind your head is so much better than having a sound bar in front of you. The cushion and support is ok. After all it's not a Lazy Boy. =)I had to contact customer support about a few things and their response time is seriously lacking.FIRST ISSUE: It shutting off. Come to find out, if there is no sound, the wireless feature assumes that you're not playing and will shut off. So if you pause the game and walk away it will shut off and you will hear the chair make static sounds because it isn't receiving a signal.SECOND ISSUE: (see photos)This is the major issue. The left and right speaker wires where plugged in wrong. I wrote customer support (the chair has a label that states you should contact customer support before going through the retailer you purchased the chair from) and was told to remove the control panel and swap the wires. I did and found out that #1, there is only one plug and it's glued in, so you can't swap them. #2, the wires are soldered to the speakers. I wrote back and more than a week later hadn't received a reply, so I started a new support request and was told to contact the seller for a replacement. SOLUTION: when I removed the speakers more, I found that they have a "quick release" connector so I swapped the wires and it's fixed. I used a phone chord as a pull so the wires didn't fall inside the unit

Deilvered Late, Finally Arrives With Pieces MISSING!!!

Hello, I ordered this chair on the 06/10/2017 and the delivery date was 06/16/2017. I understand, things happen. I really really really wanted the chair before I left this week for work so I could assemble it, but like I said, things happen. So the delivery date got pushed back to 06/19/2017 and I won't be able to set up the chair before I leave. Dang. When I return home on 06/22/2017 you can be damn sure I'm excited to assemble and use my new chair =). It was unfortunate and very disappointing when I opened the box. Right off the get go I could see all the small hardware was missing. Sucks. As I miserably unpacked the rest of the chair I noticed one of the arm rests were missing too. Luckily, they managed to pack me a CARGO STRAP?!?! I can only assume it's to hang myself with in my state of depression. Please explain to me what I have to do in order to get the required remaining pieces to this chair so I can use the product I purchased. Very unsatisfactory. =(

Great at first but quickly changed. READ BEFORE BUYING.

I was SO thrilled to purchase this gaming chair as a present. Although it was comfortable and did make a pretty cool gift but I had higher expectations upon assembling the chair. They provide a surplus of cables so you can pretty much connect to anything but somehow connecting it to our smart TV, PlayStation 4 and Xbox one X still proved to be a pain in the butt. Certain features such as the vibration were not working after less than 3 months. The chair seemed to have okay support but after about a month of use the seat cushion has already worn down (and this is by a skinny gamer weighing in at only 140 pounds). The black faux leather material tore in several places and looked tired and worn shortly after purchasing it. We really wished it would've had some sort of ottoman but unfortunately it did not. Overall this gaming chair was mediocre and sadly not worth the money we paid for it :(.
