Rockstar Romeo: A Hero Club Novel Kindle Edition
Eva D’Agolino is a single, successful working mother of twin boys, but she wasn’t always a paragon of corporate responsibility. Once a part of the rock and roll life herself, she traded in the glitz and glamour for her kids. These days, she prefers to live and work behind the curtain instead of center stage.
Denying Jace completely proves impossible, but she’s no fool. She’s already been down that road and knows how the song ends.
Can Jace convince Eva that he’s nothing like her ex, and that theirs is truly a love song for the ages?

I enjoyed how each chapter started with a "Dear Ida" that gave you a clue as to what was going to happen and the dual point of view throughout the book. Once I started reading, I didn't want to put the book down because I wanted to see what happened next and I was rooting for a happy ending for Jace and Eva. Heaven know they had plenty of chemistry!
Zanders in my opinion did an amazing job with Rockstar Romeo. The storyline sets the tone from the first chapter and honestly I couldn't put it down until the end. Rockstar Romeo is an emotional rollercoaster but in the end you will have a smile on your face. Happy Reading!!
Eva is a single mother of teenage twin boys, works for an entertainment management company that promotes Dark Wing and she ends up having to work with them by default when the CEO has to work on the road with another band. She wants nothing to do with Jace Logan. She has worked hard to get where she. She’s strong but is afraid to let herself fall in love with Jace.
Jace Logan is the lead singer of the band Dark Wing. When Jace lays eyes on Eva he is hit with deja vu but cannot remember how he knows her.
Each chapter begins with a note and advice from Dear Ida. I had several laughs over Ida's honesty. The story takes place while the band is on hiatus.
The banter between Eva and Jace was natural and believable. You could envision these two together. The slow burning chemistry was hot.
Jace was not the quintessential rock star. The band in whole were genuinely nice guys. I loved that.
But the thing that I adored was the history between these two. Though Eva had no clue, Jace was aware of the pull. There was something about her. When he figured it I swooned. Knowing that she was his inspiration, the driving force behind the hits made them a household name.
The idea, the possibilities that Abbie created, I love that. The romance side of it. No cheating and a guaranteed happily ever after.
Rockstar Romeo was one of those stories that just makes you smile on the inside. The normal cliche rockstar shenanigans don't happen here and I very much appreciated that, not only because it's refreshing to not read predictable stories, but also because the age of these rockers fit the storyline perfectly. So, thank you Abbie Zanders for doing this story right!
The only thing I could not wrap my head around was Eva's body image insecurities. I get where they might have come from, but unless I was reading the story incorrectly, the trigger came from a situation involving her ex and it was almost 20 years in the past ... I'm not trying to downplay body image insecurities by any means, I'm just simply stating that the narrative in this particular instance made me #twitchy *shrug*
BUT I LOVED THIS STORY LOL

Not a tween love story, no S+M surprises, and no reversed harm.
Just two people finding love.
Happy to say that this book fill the spot just right.
As I enjoyed this book so much, I'm going to see if I can find another, Hero Club book to read for tomorrow.
Every chapter started with a short „Dear Ida“ dialogue (the answer Soraya-style), which was a really good link to Stuck Up Suit and always gave some more insight into the characters
While jase and Eva both had a past eventually it was that past that brought them together
