Training with Confidence, Courage, Commitment and Comfort. The Rocky C4T Trainer Military Duty Boot is the lightest military performance boot Rocky has ever made. Designed for rigorous garrison training, the Rocky C4T is a game changer. The boot's lightweight EVA/rubber outsole resists anything training can throw at it: slips, oils, heat, abrasions, chemicals and metal chips. Helping you focus on the task at hand, this is water-resistant and fast-drying military boot. You have work to do and can't be distracted by wet boots. The Rocky C4T keeps up. Lacing may seem minor to some, but it's important when your day consists of rigorous work. There's no time to waste and long-lasting laces are a must, so Rocky designed this military boot with speed eyelets and NATO hooks through which you can pull your 550 cord laces. The Rocky C4T Trainer allows you to move light-footed while providing outstanding support. This round-toe boot has no metal parts.
When you’re on the hunt, you don’t want your gear slowing you down. That’s why Rocky created the C4T boot, which features a synthetic upper with faux Molle strap details on the upper. A durable, 550 Paracord laced shaft delivers a tight fit, while the molded EVA and rubber sole gives you the traction you need to be at the top of your game.

The product which i received is 13.5 with size 47.5 in european measurements.
So the correlation between the two charts was wrong and I end up having a rather expensive pair of boots which are too large and I cannot wear.
And they also have an annoying stich in the inside just below the laces.
I honestly do not recommend this product
Straight out of the box it seemed tight around my foot around the ball of foot. But brand new. Day 1 rubbed ankles at top and upper foot was a little sore due to being a bit on the tight side.
Ive now been wearing them for close 2 weeks and they have loosened up perfect around foot to just a nice perfect snugness and gosh they are comfy and look good. Still rubbing top back of ankle a little but im fairly confident they will break in beatifully.
The shoebox came in a plastic wrap, which is fine since I typically throw away the box anyway. Each boot came wrapped in plastic which is a nice touch. The boots themselves seem lighter than I expected and from the previous boots I have worn. So far, I am pleased with this purchase.
I will come back after a few weeks after breaking them in to update this review
Quality: I bought these hoping for a comfortable pair of boots for my deployment that was coming up. Within about a month of owning them I started to lose the rubber from the bottom of the sole. Within 3 months all of them were coming loose. There is a 1 year warranty but I've seen/heard enough people complain about the problem I figured whats the point. Considering I work an office job and these have never been on a hot surface that would degrade the glue... they're pretty sad. 1/5
Comfort: I will say, these are the second most comfortable boots I've owned. Corcoran's are by far the best but these are comfortable and light. 5/5
Use: These are easy to run, hike or just put around in. That is as long as you're on a dry flat surface. Anything wet or angled is going to be your enemy. I found this out on my mom's farm when I slipped in cow crap... Not a good day. If you're planning on hiking in these, plan on being limited by the weather. 2/5
