The picture on Amazon shows this should be 1g fat in a 6g serving which would 16.7% fat and is why I ordered this....plus I know that Rodelle has quality products. However the bags we received say it has .5g fat in a 6g serving which would be 8.3% fat. Her-Shees Special Dark from WM has .5g in a 5g serving which is obviously 10% fat. Thankfully, Amazon refunded the cost since it was not returnable. One pic is of our bag. The other one is a screen capture from Amazon. As for the taste..... I did an exact comparison between this Rodelle and the Her-Shees Special Dark - 10g serving in filtered water and a bit of milk - sames weights in grams. The Rodelle taste is odd, not sure how to describe it, but it's not pleasant and very noticeably different than the H-SD. I realize that cocoas have different sources and different processing with alkali and thus different flavors in the end products. Bottom Line: I will NOT buy Rodelle cocoa again. Not sure I'll even keep it as the flavor is sadly that off-putting. I've even tried adding Torani Caramel syrup and the flavor is still sadly quite unpleasant.
