On the first shot with a Canon T5i, on TTL it gave me overexposed photos, hopefully I can still get good prints. I don't know if I put it on correctly or not, or if I just got a bad flash, but it should have done a good exposure.

I was expecting it to have a screen, but it doesn't have one. Just buttons to control the mode (ttl, Manual, and slave). A single button that controls the light output (no + or -) a power button(that you have to hold to turn on), a pilot switch(which turns green when it's ready), and a switch for the light. Most annoyingly the light switch turned on on its own, wasting the battery when it was in my case.

I compared it to another flash which cost me less than $40 (although it doesn't have ttl, or flash zoom), and this one has lower build quality than the other one. It doesn't have connections for PC sync or external power input.

The light is okay, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are more than 3 feet way from your subject.

I'm returning it for sure. Maybe I'll just get another manual flash from Neewer.

bought this dual flash to use with my canon my Canon T3i and i must say i am really impressed. the flash and led light both work great. the specs are great and it has a feature of a built in led video light in the flash. which is great if you do alot of video and still at the same time so no need to keep on removing and changing between a flash and led light. this one has both combined. a lot cheaper and a better flash than the canon 320 ex in my view
