Made just for mirrorless mounts is the new Rokinon 12mm f/2.0 NCS CS lens. It is available in Canon EF-M, Fujifilm X, Samsung NX, Sony E and Micro Four Thirds mounts. Its 35mm focal length equivalency for MFT cameras is 24mm, for Canon M cameras it is 19.2mm, and for the other three mounts, 18mm. With an f/2.0 maximum aperture, it is particularly effective in low-light capture and can control shallow depth of field for precise subject focus with pleasing out-of-focus backgrounds. It offers a minimum focus distance of 7.9". The lens’s impressive optical construction consists of three Extra-low Dispersion elements, one aspherical, and one hybrid aspherical element. The nano-crystal coating is applied to the inner surface of the two front-most lens elements to minimize ghosting and flare and improve overall image clarity. The Rokinon 12mm accepts front filters and provides a 67mm diameter thread.

Performance: The lens performed very well for my uses. I'm only going to shoot landscapes and nightscapes with this lens. The center is sharp at F/2.0, peaking at about F/5.6. The corners are a bit soft wide open, but sharpen up dramatically at F/4.0. When focused to infinity at the stars, the corners were surprisingly good wide open. The coma was well controlled too. It can do up to a 25 second exposure without getting star trails. There is little distortion, and there shouldn't be a problem fixing it in post. It has strong vignetting at F/2.0, but improves at F/2.8. Overall, it has excellent performance for a $400 lens.
Other Thoughts: I set the C2 button on my A6000 to magnify so that it's easy to focus. It feels well balanced and is only a little heavier than the Sony E 50mm F/1.8. This lens is very aesthetic and looks even better on a black camera.
Update March 2016:
I use it primarily to photograph seascapes and for night timelapses. It's been splashed by ocean waves many times and it's still going strong. Compared to other wide angle lenses, this one is very small and light. It's perfect to take hiking if you want to bring the minimal amount of gear. I use a Tiffen 3-stop ND filter for shooting waterfalls and the ocean.
These two photos were taken the night of October 3rd with my Rokinon on a remote lake in northern Minnesota. The settings in both instances were an ISO of 3200, F2 and 1 second for the first image and 2 seconds for the second.
Update: August 10, 2016
After using this lens for even more night photography sessions, I am even more pleased. However, it is important to note that true infinity focus for this lens is NOT the hard stop infinity setting. The best spot for me appears to be just a hair to the left of the infinity symbol on the lens. Having now made this adjustment, my northern lights images have improved. In addition, I have been pleasantly surprised to learn this camera allows me to take Milky Way photos w/o the need for stacking images. Very cool. I will add a few pics I just took this August in northern Minnesota near the Canadian border. The lens was up to the task ... including capturing a unique Aurora 90 minutes before dawn.
A MAJOR benefit to this lens is....speed. You can set it up so that you never have to focus it for interior/exterior shots. Simply set the focus ring to infinity and then put a piece of tape on the bottom of it to lock it down. Now you never have to check if your shot is in focus or not. Which was NOT the case for my Sony 10-18mm. With THAT lens, few times I needed to duck exposure down QUITE a bit so that the windows were not over-exposed with the intention of adding light back into the interior of the room with flash. What happened though was that the autofocus Sony lens ended up focusing on a sun lit passage further back in the scene! When I got back, the main space that I was shooting was not in focus...but the back hall was!
So my Sony camera has a problem with this when underexposing the interior. Sure, you could manually focus. You could bring up the exposure to get the main scene in focus, then lock down the focus, darken exposure to get the windows right, and then take the shot. You could. But WHY? That is way WAY too many steps for a fast-paced shooting situation like shooting the interiors of homes. I need to be able to step in the corner of a room and take the shot and then move to the next location in as little time as possible. I already have to adjust the camera to get it level. I already have to duck the exposure but make sure it's not faster than flash sync speed....there's already plenty to check. I want to KNOW that the shot will always be in focus.
This Rokinon lens with the tape-down-the-focus-ring trick lets me do just that. I know that wherever I am in a house, that shot is going to come out in focus. And that has been a big benefit to me. The attached images were taken with this lens.
