Much faster than my Firestick and I love how the remote has buttons to jump to Netflix and Sling which we use the most. Only dislike I have is the remote is infrared instead of WiFi which means it must have line of sight unlike the Firestick.

Bought this new player primarily for the processor speed. We haven't made the jump to 4K so that wasn't an issue for us. Player installed easily (as have the others we have had) and operated flawlessly.

I purchased this product with the hopes of getting rid of cable. So far I am pleased with the product. There are a lot of free channels however you still have to pay for subscriptions to some of the channels like Discovery and HGTV. Despite this I am not disappointed. There is a free trial to Sling and I plan on giving it a try before I cut my cable.

Gains points for having a zillion channels, loses points for having a zillion useless channels. Loses points for having a cheap-looking GUI compared to the Apple TV and for a remote that somehow has less functionality than Apple TV's remote despite having more buttons.

Very easy to set up. The unit performs excellent. I had the Roku 2 and the premiere is leaps and bounds better. You get an HD broadcast, you can scroll though channels with ease and speed it's just all around a better unit.....The only thing that the roku 2 over the premiere is the remote, you can't use headphones with the premiere and you must have line of sight because the premiere has a IR remote but that's not a problem for me. I would recommend this unit to everyone.

Great Roku for those with Ultra HD TVs. Allowed me to put my tv in a room without cable. I can watch live TV through Roku when I'm not watching something else.

I have to re-start the unit once in a while. It tells me that the resolution is not supported. I have a 4K HD TV, but this was automatically configured then the unit was first installed , so it works well, but like I said a re-start of the Roku device fixes it. The unit has the latest updates..

Big improvement over the old version. Couldn't be easier to set up, and has worked without any issues. Only replaced the old one because it was having trouble maintaining a connection and needed to be reset fairly regularly. Glad we did it, I didn't realize how much better this one would be!

I have finally jumped on the Roku bandwagon, and I'm glad I did. It was easy to set up, it is easy to operate, and it takes up almost no space. I bought this primarily for use at home, but it is easy to travel with as well. I am very pleased with this device, and I highly recommend it!
